Who We Are

A community-driven non-profit organisation born from compassion โ€” dedicated to restoring dignity, spreading joy and fighting poverty across Gauteng, one family at a time.

"We believe that every person deserves dignity โ€” a warm meal, a clean body, a celebrated birthday, and the knowledge that someone cares. That belief is our foundation."

โ€” Circle of Giving ยท Our Mission

Our Core Values

Six principles that guide every decision, every parcel packed, every birthday celebrated and every blanket given.

๐Ÿ’›

Compassion

We lead with empathy โ€” seeing every person not as a statistic but as a human being worthy of care, warmth and dignity.

๐Ÿค

Community

We believe change is built by people, for people. Every volunteer, donor and partner is part of a greater circle of giving.

๐Ÿ…

Dignity

We distribute with respect โ€” no scrambling, no shame. Every person we serve receives help in a manner that honours their worth.

๐Ÿ”ฅ

Accountability

Every rand donated and every item received is tracked and used directly for community benefit. Transparency is non-negotiable.

๐ŸŒฑ

Sustainability

Beyond relief, we invest in long-term empowerment โ€” through veggie gardens, skills and education support that outlast our visits.

๐ŸŽฏ

Impact

We are relentlessly focused on real, measurable change โ€” not just effort. Every programme is evaluated against the lives it touches.

๐Ÿฑ

Food Parcels

No family should go to bed hungry. Our monthly food parcel programme reaches the most food-insecure households across Gauteng with staple essentials to last up to three weeks.

  • Mealie meal, rice, flour, sugar, oil & tinned goods
  • Child-focused parcels with fortified cereals & peanut butter
  • Door-to-door delivery for the elderly and disabled
  • School holiday packs for learners who rely on school meals
  • 48-hour emergency food response for disasters
๐Ÿงผ

Hygiene Packs

Dignity begins with cleanliness. Our hygiene packs are assembled by volunteers and distributed alongside food parcels โ€” targeting the most underserved households.

  • Soap, shampoo, toothbrush & toothpaste
  • Sanitary pads & tampons via our Period Dignity initiative
  • Nappies & baby care for infant households
  • Household cleaning products
  • Tailored packs for women, men, children & elderly
๐Ÿ‘•

Clothing Drives

From school uniforms to winter jackets, our clothing drives mobilise the community to donate garments that are sorted, cleaned and distributed with dignity across all ages.

  • Winter Warmth Drive (Aprilโ€“May) for coats & thermal wear
  • Back-to-School Drive for uniforms, shoes & bags
  • Festive Season Drive for year-end gifts
  • Emergency clothing relief after fires or floods
  • Sizes from infant through to adult menswear
๐ŸŒฟ

Veggie Gardens

We believe communities should grow their own food. Our veggie garden projects turn unused land into living pantries โ€” feeding families year-round while building lasting self-sufficiency.

  • Site assessment, soil preparation & setup
  • Seeds, tools, compost & raised bed materials supplied
  • Community workshops & ongoing mentorship
  • Surplus produce feeds our food parcel programme
  • Spinach, tomatoes, carrots, mealies, beans & more
๐ŸŽ‚

Birthday Celebrations

Every child deserves to feel celebrated. Our birthday programme brings cake, gifts and joy to children who would otherwise go without on their most special day.

  • Personalised birthday cakes baked with love
  • Gifts selected for each child's age and interests
  • Balloons, decorations and a moment of pure joy
  • Families included in the celebration
  • A memory that lasts a lifetime

Blanket Drives

Highveld winters are brutal. Our annual Blanket Drive ensures that the elderly, homeless individuals and families in informal settlements face the cold nights with warmth and dignity.

  • New and gently used blankets accepted
  • Priority given to the elderly and chronically ill
  • Informal settlement deliveries by volunteer teams
  • Drive runs April through July
  • Every blanket donated protects a life
